Die
M31 is the second biggest Galaxy after our Milkyway in the local group of Galaxies
The total Mass is estimated to 1,2 Billion Solarmasses. The Diameter is 100.000 Lightyears and the amount
of Stars are around 1 Billion. On the picture we can see the companiaons of M31, tM32 and M110.
The distance of M31 ist 2.3 Millon Lightyears

M31 ist die nach unseren eigenen Galaxie die zweitgrößte
Galaxie der lokalen Gruppe. Die Gesamtmasse beträgt ca. 1,2 Milliarden
Sonnenmassen. Ihr Durchmesser beträgt ca.100.000 Lichtjahre. Die
Anzahl der Sterne beträgt 1 Milliarde. Auf dem Foto sind auch die Begleiter
von M31, M32 und M110 zu sehen. Die Entfernung von M31 beträgt 2,3 Millionen Lichtjahre.
